Keiana Cave: The Young Trailblazer Revolutionizing Birth Control
Keiana Cave was named one of the youngest business owners in Forbes' "30 Under 30" list this year. The first non-hormonal birth control medication is being developed by the startup Sublima Pharmaceuticals, which she founded. Her role as Chief Scientist and CEO at her company is tremendously motivating.
She launched her business after winning a $10,000 award for her efforts during New Orleans Entrepreneur Week in 2014. After receiving more money, she pursued her studies at the University of Michigan, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemical Engineering and Entrepreneurship.
